You may be a company that wants to outsource this task and focus on the business, or you may simply need part-time/contract help to assist your existing HR department. Whatever the situation may be, I can of service, and relief. I have 7 years of recruiting experience and am able to support by writing job descriptions, posting open jobs, searching for qualified candidates, reviewing applicants’ resumes, and either conducting the initial interview or escalating qualified candidates directly to a junior team member or management to conduct the interview.
