MISSION:
To provide employees with the tools and education to navigate through corporate America and prevent them from constant terminations and becoming victims of what I have coined “Post-Traumatic Unemployment Disorder” or “PTUD.”
I accomplish this by educating young professionals, as well as experienced professionals, on the following:
What Post-Traumatic Unemployment Disorder is and ways to prevent it before it is too late
How to decode management communication for one to advance in corporate America in place of experiencing constant, unexpected terminations, which can result in trauma
Management-to-employee communication and interpretation
Proper employee-to-manager communication
Job advancement tactics – including do’s and don’ts that are not taught in most colleges, universities, and even the workplace
Improving the overall work relationship with direct management and others
Ways to handle management aggression
Awakening them to the reality (realization) that they are about to be terminated
How to save their job before it is too late
Business etiquette
Professional dress
Interviewing
Professional communication: writing and interacting -- elevated corporate presentations and client engagement
One-on-one consultation on maintaining and excelling in one’s workplace
I have worked in corporate America for over 20 years at a variety of prestigious Fortune 50 corporations. During those times, I saw a lot and experienced a lot. At this juncture in my career, I have chosen to dedicate my life to professional development and corporate navigation with a focus on young and rising professionals – although my services do extend to experienced professionals.
Half of my work focuses on helping young professionals become trauma-informed at a very early age; the other half of my work focuses on professional development.
I am available to do speaking engagements, conduct workshops, and consult with individuals who seek assistance in job search prep, workplace navigation, and trauma identification and recovery.
Serving you in your professional development and career advancement or the group you represent would be my pleasure.
